Originally from Germany, I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work with the goal of becoming a licensed clinical social worker.

Outside of my studies, I am a certified yoga teacher and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Facilitator, and I enjoy integrating mindfulness and body-based practices into my work when appropriate. In my free time, you'll usually find me outdoors - walking my dog, running, hiking, exploring nature, or simply enjoying time outside, where I feel most grounded and connected.

Hi, I’m Tatjana.
