With over 25 years of experience in both clinical settings and private practice, my background is deeply rooted in health and wellness. I began my career at the Duke Diet and Fitness Center, where I worked as both a clinical exercise physiologist and registered dietitian, helping individuals implement lasting lifestyle changes.
I have a passion for education, teaching for nearly 8 years at NC State University and 15 years as a Professor and Coordinator of the Exercise Science Program at Western Wyoming Community College.
