Hi, I’m Haley!

I am passionate about death and dying, depression, anxiety, and emotional challenges in individuals, children, and adolescents’ lives. Using a humanistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach, I create a safe environment for exploration and healing. Incorporating expressive arts into my practice provides creative outlets for self-expression.

I use a humanistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach. I strive to meet you where you are with warmth, non-judgment, and unconditional positive regard.

Because words aren't always enough to express what is happening internally, I have a special interest in expressive arts therapy and creative approaches to mental health. Integrating creative and expressive outlets into therapy helps clients of all ages communicate difficult emotions, process grief and loss, and connect with their authentic voice in a supportive environment.
