Misty is a Mental Health Professional who is Licensed in the state of Wyoming with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
"I enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety, behavioral concerns, low self esteem, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, trauma (PTSD), and personality disorders. I also enjoy working with individuals on the autism spectrum, individuals with ADHD, and their families. I currently hold certifications in DBT, ACT, IFS, ART, NLP, and Hypnotherapy. I utilize an integrated approach to therapy including person-centered, strength-based, and emotionally focused therapy. I approach life’s struggles from a systems and social learning perspective and believe we all have the power within ourselves to overcome life’s challenges."
