Chris is a mental health, fitness, and wellness professional with several years of experience helping people make lasting lifestyle changes that facilitate growth and healing. He is a past President of the Wyoming Counseling Association. Chris specializes in health and athletic counseling to assist in improving performance and quality of life. Chris provided fitness services at the Duke Diet and Fitness Center for 7 years and provided health psychology services for Duke Integrative Medicine for 3 years. In addition to coaching for seven years, Chris has been a sport counselor for dozens of collegiate athletes including several NJCAA All-Americans and elite high school athletes from across the state. Chris teaches Yoga, Sport Psychology, Wellness, and Strength Training at the college level and provides health education services for insurance companies.

Kristine specializes in providing guidance for overall health with a focus on behaviors surrounding food, exercise, stress, and sleep. She specializes in behavior change for weight management, nutrition for performance, pre and post bariatric surgery nutrition, eating disorders and general nutrition education support.
Kristine is an exercise and nutrition professional with over 20 years of experience in the field and private practice. She began her career at the Duke Diet and Fitness Center as a clinical exercise physiologist and eventually as a registered dietitian guiding individuals in lifestyle changes. She has conducted nutrition, health education and wellness screenings. She provides presentations on nutrition, fitness and health topics to various community groups. Kristine taught for nearly 8 years at NC State University and is currently a Professor in Exercise Science and Nutrition at Western Wyoming Community College. She is in network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, University of Utah and Medicaid.
