Plan for up to 90 minutes for the initial session. Follow-up sessions typically last 45-60 minutes (they can be shorter), depending on your individual needs.
3. Is counseling confidential?
Yes, your privacy is our priority. Everything you share is kept confidential, except in cases where there is a legal or ethical obligation to ensure safety.
4. Do you offer online counseling?
Yes! We offer both in-person and telehealth/virtual counseling sessions so you can receive support in a way that is most comfortable for you.
5. Do you accept insurance?
