HEIDI'S BACKGROUND
​Heidi is passionate about helping others come to know and believe their intrinsic self-worth by virtue of their very existence. She believes validating and listening to others helps them feel known, heard, and seen. She strives to help others align their beliefs and actions with their values, resulting in reduced cognitive dissonance and disappointment. She promotes growth-mindset development to assist clients in achieving rich and fulfilling lives.

Heidi believes in an eclectic approach to therapy, tailored to the needs of each client. She is currently training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic work, and in Gottman Method Couple’s Therapy.
