Life isn’t always easy, but we’re built for relationship and made to thrive. Good therapy helps us navigate our hearts and minds in ways that make it safe to be seen, even in our defenses, and to lower our guard long enough to risk being known and loved.

My Approach
As a Provisional Professional Counselor, my goal is to create that kind of space: a place where you can bring your whole story without fear of judgment. I see counseling as a collaborative process between fellow travelers in life. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, process-based, and grounded in current evidence-based practices. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or diagnoses, I work with clients to understand the patterns that keep them stuck, build practical skills for difficult thoughts and emotions, and move toward choices that better reflect who they are and what matters most.
I work primarily with individuals ages 15 and older who feel stuck, overwhelmed, guarded, or disconnected from themselves, others, or the life they want to live. Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, shame, addiction/recovery, stress, self-worth, faith or spirituality concerns, life transitions, men’s issues, or questions of meaning and purpose.
I have a special heart for those walking through recovery, carrying the weight of trauma, serving or caring for others, or searching for meaning in seasons of uncertainty. I offer in-person and telehealth appointments, including limited evening availability.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to walk with you.
Jason is a Provisional Professional Counselor under the supervision of Chris Clark, M.Ed., LPC, NCC
