With over 20 years of experience in both clinical settings and private practice, Kristine’s background is deeply rooted in health and wellness. She began her career at the Duke Diet and Fitness Center, where she worked as both a clinical exercise physiologist and registered dietitian, helping individuals implement lasting lifestyle changes.
