JASON'S COUNSELING APPROACH
Life isn’t always easy, but we’re built for relationship and made to thrive. Good therapy helps us navigate our hearts and minds in ways that make it safe to be seen in our defenses and to lower our guard long enough to risk being known and loved.

As a counselor intern, my goal is to create that kind of space, a place where you can bring your whole story without fear of judgment. I see us as fellow travelers. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in proven therapeutic practices and closely attuned to you, your patterns, your story, and what’s happening in your life right now. Together, we will identify what keeps you stuck, strengthen what already helps, and practice new ways of responding that fit what matters most to you.

I welcome anyone seeking growth, healing, or simply a safe place to be heard. I have a special heart for those walking through recovery, carrying the weight of trauma, or searching for meaning in seasons of uncertainty.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to walk with you.
