Life can present challenges that feel overwhelming. As a dedicated counselor, I help clients, children, adolescents, and adults, uncover the roots of their struggles and emerge as their true selves. My passion is forming therapeutic relationships that foster positive change and growth.
 
I am passionate about death and dying, depression, anxiety, and emotional challenges in individuals, children, and adolescents’ lives. Using a humanistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach, I create a safe environment for exploration and healing. Incorporating expressive arts into my practice provides creative outlets for self-expression.
 
With a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Graduate Certification in Play Therapy Studies, I bring both knowledge and compassion to my work. I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to understand and support you in your journey towards self-discovery and healing.
